CEN 07/2026 के अनुसार Junior Clerk Cum Typist (Level 2) और Accounts Clerk Cum Typist (Level 2) के लिए Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) समाप्त कर दिया गया है। इसलिए इस भर्ती में इन posts के लिए अलग CBTST आयोजित नहीं होगा।
हालांकि, candidates से basic computer proficiency और पर्याप्त typing proficiency की अपेक्षा की जाती है। RRB notification के अनुसार joining के बाद उनकी proficiency assess की जा सकती है और unsatisfactory performance से confirmation या promotion में देरी अथवा प्रभाव पड़ सकता है।
