दिल्ली सरकार की यह पहल महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने, उनके जीवन स्तर में सुधार लाने और आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु है।
💰 लाभ राशि
• ₹1,000/माह सीधा बैंक खाते में
• *₹2,100/माह तक बढ़ सकता है अगर AAP दोबारा सत्ता में आती है ।
✅ पात्रता मानदंड

📂 आवश्यक दस्तावेज
- आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी, पैन कार्ड
- बैंक विवरण, पता प्रमाण (बिजली, पानी बिल, राशन कार्ड)
- आय प्रमाण / सेल्फ-डिक्लेरेशन हलफनामा
- योजना-लाभार्थी पेंशन/सरकार कर्मचारियों की सूची से बाहर होना आवश्यक
📝 आवेदन प्रक्रिया
- आवेदन ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध नहीं – फिलहाल ऑफ़लाइन पंजीकरण हो रहा है, AAP कार्यकर्ता घर-घर जाकर फॉर्म भरते हैं
- फॉर्म डाउनलोड करें या पास के कार्यालय/पार्टी कार्यालय से प्राप्त करें
- सभी दस्तावेज़ जमा करें; पास मिलने पर “महिला सम्मान कार्ड” दिया जाता है
- पहली किस्त वित्त वर्ष 2024–25 के अंत (मार्च 2025) तक क्रेडिट की जाएगी

- मुख्यमंत्री आतिशी ने कहा है कि ₹2,000 करोड़ की फंडिंग योजना के लिए आवंटित है
- लगभग 45 लाख महिलाएं इस योजना में शामिल हो सकती हैं
- ₹2,100 रूपये तक भुगतान संभावित बने रहने से से जुड़े चुनावी वादे

✅ Eligibility Criteria

| Ineligibility | Government/former government employees, income tax payers, women receiving pension/widow/disabled pension are not eligible |
📂 Required Documents
- Aadhaar card, voter ID, PAN card
- Bank details, address proof (electricity, water bill, ration card)
- Income proof/self-declaration affidavit
- Scheme-beneficiary must be out of the list of pensioners/govt employees
📝 Application Process
- Application not available online – currently offline registration is going on, AAP workers fill the form by going door to door
- Download the form or get it from the nearest office/party office
- Submit all the documents; On getting the pass, a “Mahila Samman Card” is given
- The first installment will be credited by the end of FY 2024–25 (March 2025)
📅 Important information
- Chief Minister Atishi has said that ₹2,000 crore funding has been allocated for the scheme
- About 45 lakh women can join this scheme
- Election promises related to payment up to ₹2,100 remain possible
